I don't know about you, but I for one, am so ready for spring. Although, the winter season here seems short to us compared our previous homes in Northern Colorado, and Northern Arizona, we are ready for spring to be sprung. 
  Our winter was littered with a few broken pipes and finicky heating issues. So as  you can imagine, we are so ready to move on to that beautiful spring weather, and warmth!
  I did put our chilly time to some good use, I became an Advanced Face Yoga Expert, initially working on myself. And seeing how I could definitely help others soften the sneaky onset of aging, and feel better about themselves. I know I do, it has helped me feel like I am being proactive about what I can control. 
  This lead me to adding an additional offering to my hypnosis and
reiki practices, rounding-out a foundation for a "Be a better you" concept. Knowing that beauty is not skin deep, but its the self-love
that counts.
